We cannot control our thoughts as they arise, and they constantly change. Instead of resisting, we should aim to observe our thoughts objectively - accepting and feeling them fully. By consciously matching negative thoughts with positive ones, we can gradually rewire our brain’s neural pathways. Over time, this practice leads to lasting changes in our thought patterns.
